Assignments FAQ

1. How can i pay for the assignments help material?
Available payment options are: Credit card, Internet Banking/NEFT, Cheque deposits in our bank account, Cash deposits in our bank account, Money Order, Demand draft, collect solutions personally from our distribution center.

2. Why I have to register / create account with your website?
Registration allows you to shop faster. Without registration you will not be able to order, track or download solutions.

3. How will i get assignments?
After receiving your payment we will enable download links in your account on our website. Please "Log In" to your account and click "My Account" link. You will see your orders. Click on the "view" button. All downloadable files will be available there.

4. If i transfer fees through Credit card - when i will get the material?
If fee is transferred online through credit card, the help material will be provided instantly by our website. You can also "Log In" to your account and click "My Account" link. You will see your orders. Click on the "view" button. All downloadable files will be available there.

5. If i transfer fees through Internet banking (A/c to A/c transfer in same bank) - when i will get the material and what details i should email?
If fee is transferred online through internet banking, the help material will be provided within a few working hours after the payment is reflected in our bank account. But we may take upto 24 hours. After transferring, a student should email us these details: (order number generated by our website, amount transferred, bank branch from where the funds have been transferred, transaction or confirmation or BIL number (if any), his/her contact number, date of transfer, his/her city).
In case a student does not gets a reply from us within 24 hours ONLY then he/she should email us or call us again.

6. If i transfer fees through NEFT (A/c to A/c transfer in different bank) - when i will get the material and what details i should email?
NEFT may take 24 hours or more. We will provide the solutions within a few hours after the payment in reflected in our account. After transferring, a student should email us these details: (order number generated by our website, amount transferred, bank from where the funds have been transferred, transaction or confirmation or BIL number (if any), his/her contact number, date of transfer, a/c holders name).

7. If i pay through cash in your bank account- when i will get the material and what details i should email?
We accept cash in our some bank accounts. After depositing cash in our account, a student should email us these details: (order number generated by our website, amount deposited, date & time of deposit, bank branch where cash was deposited, his/her contact number, his/her city). If a student emails us the scanned copy of the receipt that he/she gets from the bank after depositing cash, the query will be processed faster and the help material will be provided within a few working hours. Otherwise we can take 24 hours or more in processing CASH transactions.
In case a student does not gets a reply from us within 24 hours ONLY then he/she should email us or call us again.

8. If i deposit a cheque in your account- when i will get the material and what details i should email?
The help material will be provided after the cheque gets cleared and reflected in our account. After depositing a cheque, a student should email us these details: (order number generated by our website, Cheque amount, Cheque number, his/her contact number, date of deposit, city where the cheque was deposited, a/c holders name).

9. Can I get FREE Samples of some subjects before buying?
No.

10. Can I get some discount?

11. Will i get the latest assignments help material?
Yes, we will provide the latest help material. Questions and samples are given on our website and you must verify before buying.

12. Can I get the assignments help material through courier (CD/Hard Copy)?
Please email us your requirement. Do not use the shopping cart if you want home delivery.

13. Do you accept credit card ?
Yes, we accept credit cards through paypal

14. What is the difference between Internet banking and Cash deposits?
Ans. Online banking (or Internet banking) is a term used for performing transactions, payments etc. over the Internet through a banks secure website. This allows customers to do their banking outside of bank hours and from anywhere where Internet access is available. In most cases a web browser is utilized and any normal internet connection is suitable. No special software or hardware is usually needed.

Cash Deposits means a customer will visit the bank branch and deposit cash at cash counter.

15. Can i change the subject required after making the payment?
Yes, you can change your subject requirement after making the payment. But you MUST create a new order number for that. If your previous request through email or phone has already been processed and the material already sent then we will not send changed subject.

16. I need refund? What should i do?
We have a NO refund policy. You MUST check subject availability, questions/samples, etc before buying.

17. I want to buy some subjects from you. Can I buy subjects one by one?
We avoid small transactions in our bank account. We recommend that you check subject availability status on our website and buy your subjects together. You can buy subjects one by one also. Service charges are applicable. We give least preference to queries of students buying subjects one by one. We will reply after 48 or 72 hours to those who make small transactions again and again in our account in a single semester for buying subjects 1 by 1 (one by one).

18. I have emailed a query to you but i have not received any reply from you. Why?
There are several reasons why you might not be getting our reply. Following are some:

  • The most common reason is our reply emails may be entering your junk or bulk or spam mail folders instead of inbox. The solution is to add our email IDs to your contacts or safe list.
  • Network delays or loss - this is common on Internet
  • Are you contacting us through your company email ID? Some companies filter emails and our reply may not reach your inbox. Contact us through any alternate email ID if you are not getting a reply from us.

19. I have bought a subject from you, can i get Free answer(s) for any other subject?
We don't provide Free answers. Do not email us such queries, we will not reply to such queries.

20. What are your content accuracy levels?
We at UTP try to provide the best content to our users but we do not guarantee 100% accuracy levels.

21. Will i get unique content?
We will provide same content to all students. No one can provide you unique content at the prices listed on our website.

22. I paid for several subjects together but i have received only a few?
Sometimes we send subjects in parts (one by one) after every few days. In case we send in parts, we will specify it to the student in a confirmation email.

23. My Question is not listed here. What to do?
